Maude's Country Delights is named for a very special mule — but don't let that stop you from visiting. The mule was a part of the family at Indigo Farms for 40 years. Her long and faithful service left many great memories from grandfather to grandkids. Many of the delights to be found in the bakery are made from fresh fruits grown on the farm. You can have a light lunch there to soothe your conscience before indulging in sweets like apple, blueberry and blackberry pies, peach pound cake, apple taffy pie, eclairs, strawberry shortcake, fruit slushies and milkshakes, homemade bread, ice cream and more. Maude would be glad to know service and lasting memories across generations are still an active part of her legacy.
