Gold's Gym, a full-service fitness center known for its array of equipment and classes, has four locations on the southern coast. All locations offer circuit, cardiovascular and hammer-strength equipment, groups classes and personal training. They have free child care, locker rooms with showers and dry saunas. Gold's pro-shops offer sports clothing, smoothie bars and a large selection of supplements and power bars.
